Google recently allowed business owners to comment on reviews. More often than not businesses are bombarded with negative reviews and outlandish comments. Today your online reputation should be a vital part of your marketing plan. You need to stay on top of what folks are saying, find solutions to the negative comments and promote the positive ones. Google typically displays ten search results per page when searching. If you have a Facebook page, Twitter, LinkedIn and a Website you can dominate the Search Results Pages when consumers search for your business.

Also, be sure to “claim” your Google Places Page, a popular arena for comments and reviews, not to mention the fact that Google pulls content from other sources such as Yellow and Manta, which will give you a broader view of your online presence. These are just a few of  many tactics one could implement to achieve even better results.
